This traditional Chasselas comes from plots of different altitudes. The complementarity of different climates and terroirs is the secret to achieving such aromatic complexity. This wine has the characteristics of the terroir of Villeneuve, which gives Chasselas imbued with great minerality while remaining on a great taste finesse. On the nose, white-fleshed fruits combined with a slight minerality are present. In the mouth, its balance and its freshness turned towards white-fleshed fruits are appreciated. The traditional vinification in vats of Villeneuve Grand Cru gives it an identity that has never been denied since 1870.
