This wine is made from a blend of Syrah (70%), powerful, and Cabernet franc (30%), more neutral. From the Clos around the property, worked in viticulture without synthetic products since 2012, it is harvested individually in order to harvest the bunches at their optimum maturity. On the nose, the “S” is initially very floral with hints of violets. Then, by turning in the glass, we perceive the pepper and the cherry, typical notes of the grape varieties of the blend. On the palate, it is firm and dense, with notes of black fruits which demonstrate the maturity of the grape. Slightly toasted notes suggest a great aging potential.
